I agree. I've been profiled by the CHP and I don't see what happened as profiling.

My brother and the other driver have a claim against them for 2 million dollars from the passenger that wasn't wearing her seatbelt in the other car. It's always nice to sue the person that was driving you.

I was sued for 3mil a few years ago. I rear-ended a lady when I was 17 and 2 years later she brought the lawsuit against my step-dad and I. She ended up settling from 90,000... my rates didn't go up or anything, but my step dad had to signa waiver that I wouldn't drive any of his cars anymore...

It is the drivers responsibility to make sure all occupants of the vehicle are secure in their harnesses before engaging the vehicle
