i seriously doubt you were "profiled", seeing as you were driving a family sedan with 0 mods, and you're not southeast/far-east asian. not to say other asians can't be profiled, but when it comes to "imports", i think that's pushing it. anyhow, i hope nothing comes of her doctor's visit.

I agree. I've been profiled by the CHP and I don't see what happened as profiling.

i hit some fat bitch last year going 5 mph, no damage to either car, she gets out the car saying "my daughters neck is hurt"....then says her neck is hurt. bullshit....newayz, she got 5000 dollars and her daughter got 800 bux. they also threatened to sue geico for more but decided not to. geico is the shiz tho, they sent a letter saying that our rates would not raise...i guess they knew that the fat bitches case was fraud

My brother and the other driver have a claim against them for 2 million dollars from the passenger that wasn't wearing her seatbelt in the other car. It's always nice to sue the person that was driving you.

I was sued for 3mil a few years ago. I rear-ended a lady when I was 17 and 2 years later she brought the lawsuit against my step-dad and I. She ended up settling from 90,000... my rates didn't go up or anything, but my step dad had to signa waiver that I wouldn't drive any of his cars anymore...

Your brother should have been smart enough not to start driving until everyone had their belt on:doh:

It is the drivers responsibility to make sure all occupants of the vehicle are secure in their harnesses before engaging the vehicle
