Smells like insurance fraud
The girl that hit my car on Monday has gone to the doctor, me thinks there will be claims of emotional distress and whiplash. I am gonna be pissed, considering I took the brunt of the attack both phsyically and other wise. (Ribs are very sore and my neck hurts, I have a citation and will pay $1k+ to get my car fixed.) But I ain't screaming like a pansy, really upsets me how everyone loves to rip you off.
But hey its a sue happy country with bogus lawyers and doctors, guess if I had money rolling out of my ass I could have countersued her.

I've been involved in one minor accident that did little more than thrash our bumpers... and the girl threatened to sue for 5 types of soft tissue damage and emotional stress because she couldn't go to her swing lessons :eh:
People seem to think that when they get into the accident, they've won the lottery :madfawk:

Its a sue happy country and its also a country that loves profiling people. I never was a victim of profiling but this time I can say that I know how it feels when some of you guys complain. Right after the wreck the whole city seemed to be flocking around the white girl in her crappy pos car, while poor Asian guy me in his nice shiny import had a door stuck half way inside him had to extricate himself out of his passenger side door.
You should sue the piss out of her.
Oh my bad...I mean thats BS I can't believe she is allowed to do that.
It really sucks people take advantage of legal process in that way

I was in a head-on collision when I was 17 (totally my fault). However, we weren't going very fast. Myself and my sister, both of us were wearing seatbelts, were totally fine. The 16 year old driver of the other car wasn't wearing her seatbelt and cracked the windshield with her skull. I got a call from the insurance company about a year ago letting me know that she was suing them -- 5 years after the accident. I guess the statute of limitations is 3 years, or 3 years after your 18th birthday in her case. Rather than take it through court, Statefarm settled for $32,000. :eek3:
BTW, statefarm rocks. Never heard a complaint, and my rates didn't change at all after I got sued.
