my first job was at walgreens. worked there for almost a year before i quit because i got tired of the long drive to and from work. its really not that bad but i must say the pay wasnt as great. i still would work there today and become the assistant manager if it werent for the 20 mile drive each day to make 9 bucks an hour. h:

i started off minimum wage which was $6.65 at the time i think because it was my first job and i had no prior experience in retail work. i left before my 1 year there at $8.45 i believe.

nevets live in CA, therefore he's going to make more than most people that work for walgreens.

seriously, dude, dont be a job jumper. retail sucks, no matter what. just build up your job history and see where that leads you. how old are you, and what do you take in school?

im 18 and starting college this summer. and either majoring in computer science or computer engineering. I was also thinking about this small computer shop that builds, repairs comps and also a buy sell trade. that would be my dream job as a college student. would you think they hire college students or just stick to the adults? I may ask them.
