I am 18 and i need a new job! I hate working at Publix (grocery store). and they are building a new walgreens down the street. I am wondering if any of you guys work there or know if it's a good place to work. i am also thinking of working at office depot.

Office Depot is better.

I used to live just outside of J-ville, and Walgreens was always a whack job. I had a friend who worked at one. It's easy, I'm sure... but you no doubt get paid a lot less than the office store.

gonna go apply at both, see which will hire me. I'll prly still stay at publix and only work there on sundays

:dunno: Ive worked retail before and loved it....but its not for everyone. What do you hate about your current job.....because it doesnt sound a whole lot different than either of those you mentioned......

 

I just hate the mass loads of people coming in who are obbsessed with this store, and the manegers dont make it easier. like in office space, when i make a mistake i have 8 different bosses telling me what i did wrong
