I have experiences with that gen 240. Its a nice car. Youll find the interior very similar to your old accord. I grew up with a friend who bought a 240sx se. The ka24 is an alright motor considering its from a truck. An sr20det from an s15 is a direct swap for that car. When my friend bought it he ran ~15.3 on just exhaust. Now its doing low to mid 14's on bolt ons but its mostly auto crossed so 1/4 mile times dont matter to him. It handles like a dream on the course. Besides, havent you watched any Initial D?

I might be getting one soon too. My brothers learning how to drive my car and hes only 14. He really wants one so after Im done paying off my truck Ill sell it for a usdm s14 . Shoot I might get one myself. :rick:

s15 engine in a s14 or 13 is not ia direct swap. i'm guessing it was just a typo on your part:dunno:

anyways, AUX, the 240 is not a pos. It has a decent interior, nice suspension, and a very stout drivetrain. They are very reliable, and many around here run fine with >200k miles. what makes you say they are a pos?

well according to kelly blue book, the retail on it is ~5,700. I say if you can get it for 5,500 or under go for it.

paying more than wholesale is the stupidest thing a buyer could do... imo, next to buying new
