I'd say they'd perform about the same. Sadly, that gen. 240SX isn't known for it's handling in stock form.

It'll whoop over most honda's in its stock form, thats a nice clean 240 from what you have said. Id' say pick it up for around 5-6 thousand or give me his # to buy it!

the car is worth 4500... and he's a friend.. which means you could go either way... get a better price (he's selling it to you) or pay a good price (your buying it from him) see what im saying? be safe and tell him you dont know what its worth, but 4000 sounds good for a 10yr old nissan

he only wants to sell it because he knows im looking....

my mom dated him in the 70's and in the 90's and hes always wanting to help her out...

his plan in 95 was to drive his 88 thunderbird until it died, then start using the 240 as daily driver.... Well, the t-bird is still running 100% 9 years later....with 260k miles... and now with the mid-life crisis.. he bought the new harley.. and doesnt really need the 240.

when we use to go out to breakfast/dinner with him... he would always drive the t-bird... because he didnt want us in the 240.. which was only a "special occasion" car for him.
