What do you study then? In mine, we studied all of our individual rights, and what can happen if you get pulled over. We had like 3 cop guest speakers come in and teach us too. But besides all of our rights, i learned about all those cases, you know...SOMEONE VS. SOMEONE, while they're important, i really enjoyed learning about our rights.

Although, the difference between the classes we were in may be that mine is just an intro class...so maybe we just haven't gotten to where yours is.

People like you are the most fun to fuck with
In my school parking lot, me and 3 other of my friends were blocked in our parking spaces by the police, and they called it a random vehical search. I dont know how random that actually was, because it was only the 3 of us, and we all drive modified cars. They searched everything except the trunk and our pockets. I dont konw if anyone knows the laws in Ontario about that, but i didnt feel that it was right, although our school has VERY large amounts of drugs comming and going.
:eek3: Why was this resurrected again? :shakeshead:

Search/patdown was excessive, IMO. Who knows what the cop's real motives for that were. Maybe in his own mind they were legitimate. No one knows but him.
If it was serious racial profiling, you'd probably have a ticket. I don't want to defend him, though. He may have just thought if one thing was illegal, there were others as well.
