So cops pull u over and you stare them down with "u want some of these ****er." , "u can't hang ho", "like this ride, don't u white boy", "**** off so i can catch up my my homies and bitches" attitudes and YOU'RE BE SAFE from being touched by fagats. **** that shit.

there was a story in the news that some fagat preacher stripped boys naked and hung them upside down by their ankles and bonded their wrists, then the preaches pull on the weewee and sucked them off. all that was done in the name of god because the boys were believed to be sinners. so i guess those kids forgot to do the staring contest with that fagat preacher, huh.

that makes me miss Andy from the Connan OBrian show where they have staring contest each week.

 

i wonder if a baseball bat, c02 tank and a paintball gun would be illegal in any way while inside the car, like if a cop searches and finds these items in cali. cuz if they are, im screwed.

 

ummm... didn't read if anyone proved you worng yet ... but umm yeah accually cops do have the right to seach a car (just had a test in my govt. class on it) there are like 9 specific cases when cops have complete right to serch you, one is vehicle, another example is like if you do te crime in front of them

 

That Police Officer may have offended you, humiliated you, and made you feel like a criminal; but he did not break the law.

He pulled you over (his words) because of your illegally modified lights. That's reason to pull you over. You could have been acting somewhat nervous (to him), or looked "suspicious" and yes, it's at his discretion to determine this. So he asked you to get out of the car to further investigate/speak with you.

Upon doing so, it is his responsibility for his safety and your safety, to PAT YOU DOWN (not search, pat you down) to check for any noticable weapons or things that could be mistaken as weapons; that may cause him to inflict harm upon you. So again, he's legal there.

Then, searching your car. You are either 1) Not telling the full story, or 2) exaggerating or 3) were acting very nervous and abnormal. Again, if #3 is the case he was also allowed to dig around a bit through your vehicle to confirm or disprove his assumptions and suspicions based on your actions.

I know people act nervous often around Police Officers, but sometimes you just have a bad day or whatever and may act slightly rude, offended, and nervous; and those can easily be misinterpreted as being hostile and threatening to a Police Officer.

In short, call your Lawyer. Your defense is going to be that he did all this to you because of your Race or some other reason, and frankly; it wont fly. It sucks, the cop may have gone a little bit overboard (more so that I would have done, but im not out in the field yet so I cant really say), but he didn't break the law.

Moral of the story? Keep your car legal...

 

The problem with NYPD is that there is such a large base of officers, they don't have the money to pay reasonable salaries.

It's really too bad too, because you guys do a great job over there.

LAPD pays ~50k starting and goes up from there, most departments in California pay between 48 and 60k starting, and all of them go up from there.

So yea, NYPD is definitely on the low when it comes to pay scale. You (we, soon), dont' do it for the money though =].

 

This is old. I do not even drive the Accord any more. I now drive a 95 Supra and now the accord is for sale because I need money for some 18x9 and 18x10 rims. Thinking back on what happened I feel the cop was doing his job.
After 911 and the snipers we had here in DC/MD we all mite have to deal with some difficulties like at airports to be more safe.
