Admit it, your OCD won't allow you to own only one of the new systems :chuckles:
Unfortunately, you are correct.
Much of it has to do with the release date too. If a console launches in the spring / summer, I can hold off. If a console launches in the fall / winter, I want it because I'm inside 99% of the time. : \

I am really surprised by you sometimes and how well you are able to function with what seems to me to be a rather extreme case of OCD. I remember the toys thread where you posted your Transformers collection and I was impressed but shocked at how meticulous you are about things.
Not talking bad, just wonderinng how you do it and if it ever bothers you?

I recognize that I might be a bit special ... but I see it as a positive. OCD in certain aspects can be seen as meticulous, detail oriented, and hard working.
I focused the OCD towards my career and ended up designing user interfaces. I'm meticulous with data architecture, usability, and delivery. I can channel the OCD into concepts and cover every base before a single line of code is written.
As far as daily life goes ... there's only so much energy for things. Maintenance is key. Put shit away. Don't make a mess. Don't be lazy. I never have to clean a closet because it never gets that bad. I never have to "detail a car because it never gets that bad.
As far as collections n shit ... things need to be protected. It's just something that bugs me. My dj gear all has bags and cases. The cases are all of the same brand when possible. My autographed collection are all in acrylic cases. The clear boxes are all of the same brand when possible. My games are in resealable cellophane baggies.
I am honestly wondering, with all the social media and sources to receive information, why don't companies listen? Seriously? :loco: I'm baffled by the arrogance MS is showing.

There is no cross communication within the company.
I was tech support for the networking side of the xbx360 for a while and had a bunch of meetings with them regarding the outdated router list and just plain wrong router info contained on XBX.com. I think it wass like 6 meetings myself and others on my team brought this up over the course of a year....that list is exactly the same on the website with the same wrong info about what they will and won't support today.
