If I go to Kenya on safari will it still say I'm in Rome even though I am clearly not?

 

I just bumped to GSM from TDMA with ATT, they sucked at answering my question, they don't cover alaska with the GSM network, but the TDMA has kick ass coverage, and when I go home for xmas and summer, I would like to drop down to TDMA, and when I come back from the breaks switch back to GSM. I know they have multiband phones but I didn't like those

Can I still switch back to ATT's TDMA for xmas so my phone doesn't become a paperweight when I am home for xmas and summer break from school?

I am planning on getting out of my contract with Cingaylar and switching to T-Mobile. Is it possible to transfer my cell phone number to T-Mobile from Cingular?

 

technically you should be able to do it now.
ask t mobile for more details

 

if you're gonna be switching back and forth, i'm pretty sure they'll be charging u activation or something. plus you'll need one phone for gsm one for tdma

I just got the Sony Ericsson T226 phone. What's your opinion on this phone? I also got the cam for free, but it kinda sucks.
i do'nt have the internet enabled. are these any ways I can get some ringtones for it?? the stock ringtones are all boring.

Nah, I have Cingular as we speak. Can't wait to get out of the contract, but don't know if T-Mobile is gonna be any better. :happysad:
