I just bumped to GSM from TDMA with ATT, they sucked at answering my question, they don't cover alaska with the GSM network, but the TDMA has kick ass coverage, and when I go home for xmas and summer, I would like to drop down to TDMA, and when I come back from the breaks switch back to GSM. Can I still switch back to ATT's TDMA for xmas so my phone doesn't become a paperweight when I am home for xmas and summer break from school?
if you're gonna be switching back and forth, i'm pretty sure they'll be charging u activation or something. plus you'll need one phone for gsm one for tdma
