i do'nt have the internet enabled. are these any ways I can get some ringtones for it?? the stock ringtones are all boring.
thank you
the d000d,
well... if ur phone has bluetooth, then it would be best if you get a bluetooth device and upload it from ur pc to ur phone. so u don't have to pay per phone. thats if ur phone can use midi as ringtone.

nm just checked u don't have bluetooth. yea u most likely will have to pay for the ringtones u want.

you're talking about the SL55
overall its good. design is great. screen is not bad. if you have big thumbs u would have problems with the keypad. most of the features and menus can be accessed without using the number pad. only thing i don't like about it might be the lack of camera built in. camera is avaliable as an attachment

I think that he meant this phone;

You're talking about this phone;

The second one is actually an SL56.

Actually, the S56 isn't a bad phone. My friend has it. Has a decent color screen, polyphonic ringtones, bluetooth capabilities, voice dialing. There's even a camera accessory attachment with flash. Plus siemens phones is one of the best when it comes to reception.

Unfortunately SE is one company that doesn't have good reception with their phones. Although the newer phones (I'm guessing starting with the T610/616) the reception has been getting better, it won't compare to reception of phones like Nokia or Siemens.

is it a myth or fact that phones with external antennas (samsung) are better than phones with internal antennas (SE)?

also, i heard the t610 is not that great in terms of reception too, no?

in terms of reception it's true, the fewer things that obstruct an antenna the better range it will have, things like a case don't help

Well, if you're comparing the T68i to the T610, then the T610 has better reception. But if you're comparing the T610 to a Nokia, or Siemens, the T610 doesn't even compare.
