is this too much?

ok, i was quoted a price of about $3000 from a local bodyshop to paint my car its existing color, put on my bodykit, and shave my inner tail lights. is this an average cost? it seems a little high, but i dont really know much.

they're also gonna realign my door where i tried to put my fender on myself, and they're gonna fix a little bit of rust near the tire.
