2.0 or 2.2?
#11
i'd rather have the 2.2. the torque curve is alot better than the 2.0 model. ive driven both on tracks and the 2.2 feels better. i also like the redesign and the other improvements made to the suspension, aero parts, interior, etc on the 04+ models. also the 04+ models have more interior room which means alot to me because i'm 6'4"

Now if it still had a 9k redline and the extra torque/hp with a cam redesign.. then it'd be  x 2

True, true. The glass window is the best. The plastic one is horrible when the top's up, so it's an excuse to keep the top down.
Crappy thing with the stereo is that if your top is down and you're at wot, you won't hear anything but the wailing engine rising to 9k.

i think i like both about equally (AP1 vs. AP2)...but if i had to choose i think i would go with the AP2.
however, had i been able to find a low mileage '02 or '03 when i was looking last year and the price was right - i probably would have gotten the AP1...but that's not how it worked out for me.
standard audio sucks on ANY year S2k - and the headrest speakers are not standard -- at least not on any '05 that i have seen...
