RSX died on way on home from Richmond Meet
Damn! You just can't catch a break!
thats crazy coz the thing seemed to be running fine, other than the slower than expected times on the track. I'm very suprized to see a stock motor blow like that.. i mean, if it were a caviler then mabye!
hope everything works out for ya man!
i guess it just needs forged internals now! :rick:

I'm gonna guess something oil related...maybe oil pump failure? A well maintained motor isn't just going to throw a rod through the block for no reason.
That sucks man, sorry to hear.

nah, they didnt even know thats where it had been. they said it was a mechanical failure and its not covered under my policy. If there were some way to prove an outside force ahd caused the problem, they would probably cover it,but with nothing but "it just went boom" they cant do much.
nah
nah

. Is it because you ran it at the track?
