Damn insurance companies. If they're not going to pay, and you can't legally make them do it with an attorney, then turn in your tags and cancel your policy until you get it running again. At least save a few bucks along the way.
Of course, if you're making payments on it, the bank might not like that. If your bank gives you shit, tell them to either talk to your insurance company or kick in the door of the people that sold you your car because you're not getting your $ worth. An attorney might give you some other options.
The bright side so far is that motor you won has 10% of the mileage that your car has. That kicks ass. Hopefully that mount is still attached to it. ?
