fuel, spark, no fire?

Default fuel, spark, no fire?

im thinking maybe im getting too much gas, but im not sure how to know other than to pull the plugs and check them. i did that and there is a slight small amount on the plugs. but im not sure if its too much to want to flood it. any ideas are helpful. thanks

the motor was in my buddys car, ran when taken out. compression is fine.

lol, wish i had more info. just cant figure out why if i have spark, fuel, and its cranking, why it wont try firing.

im thinking im getting too much gas. he had a vafc wired in wrong, poured gas into the intake. i cleaned it out pretty damn good before i put the motor in my car. the first few times i cranked it and pulled the plugs, there were completely soaked. i got it down to a consistant little bit of dampness on the plugs now. could still be too much gas in there. idk how much i would normally see on the plugs.

Why would he put gas in the intake.....Is it the H23 or H22

the vafc was wired wrong and it was doing it when ever the key was on, and he didnt know.
