I got H&R's Sports on my Civic, H&R Race might be a little too low if you're rolling stock wheels. My car has H&R Sports 1.7" front and 1.5" rear, should be similar for Prelude. Check the link in my sig for pics.

I had race nuespeeds on my 3rd gen. with stock shocks. The ride is ok if your riding by your self. But its totally different when you are riding with passenger in the car. Gets very bouncy. i dont even think its safe to drive if the roads suxs around your area. (gets very violent of sudden dips on the high way)
