Lude vs GS-R... thats tought cause they're both very close as far as performance goes, but if you're not even considering the GS-R... prelude all the way , its like asking if you want 200 (or 195 non SH) or 140hp... you be the chooser. ON THE OTHER HAND... you're talking about getting a 97-01 prelude... for under 7K... dude if you found one for 5,800 its gonna be crap ... dont spend less than 7500 on a 97... thats the ABSOLUTE cheapest you wanna go if u wanna still convince urself its a decent car

o... one more thing... if you get the prelude or the ingegra ls.... PLEASE don't get the automatic... thats a waste of a car, if you're a new driver and worried about learning stick, dont worry u'l learn it, but auto preludes and integras are hella slow, i used to beat em when a had a stock 02 civic EX coupe 5spd. Just don't ruin ur car and get an auto, stick is better in EVERY single respect

why dont u just post this in a general or non prelude/integra post... otherwise you'll still get educated answers that arent biased

well i have a 95 GS-R and in my opinion from those two choices i would choose the prelude the LS integra is waste of time unless you want to do an LS/Vtec which is costly and and a super pain in the ass to deal with. but i just test drove a 97 preulde vtec and that thing has some kick to it. personaly i think the prelude has a more solid feel on the road and more torque. the integra on the otherhand is more nimble and can corner better(IN my opinion not fact). but if money is an issue i bet that a newer prelude is gunna cost ya to much. i would say stay within your financial limits.

Prelude by far.

Integra's, even GSRs, are extremely common- you do want something original, dont you?

Use hindsight guys

94-95 Integra LS (sorry, cant do the GSR, the LS would already run me 3400/yr insurance, didnt get a quote on the lude)

or a 97 Prelude (as far as SH trim or not, idk yet)

I need to try both cars out, but I always disregarded the 97 or later Prelude because I thought they started at 7 or 8 g, but the other day I saw one in decent cond and mileage w/ for 5800, so I guess there are some.

Thanks
I would get LS just because it would be more torque
