Got a point. Since only a scant few people will actually drive their Prelude to the limit, the benefits to a strut bar will be hardly noticeable. I drive mine to the limit in autox/lapping days, so I notice that part of my suspension, among others.

For some reason this confuses me.

You appear to be saying your car was at the limit at freeway speeds.

Default Do strut bars make a diff?

In answer to your question- yes, they make a difference, and you can tell it in everyday driving. But it depends on what you want them to do. If you want them to make the car turn flatter then yes get them. If your racing i.e. autocross, too stiff a front drive car will lift the inside front tire - no traction if the tire is in the air. I used to race C Street Prepared in an 87 Civic Si. in order to handle better I would disconnect the front sway bar, this let the tires stay on the ground and let the front end flex. That gave me better traction and contact in a turn. I was first in my class locally and 2nd in the state.

With just about every suspension on Hondas and Acuras, you are not going to notice the difference in everyday driving.

The DC2 ITR has a very stiff front suspension to start with, and it's not the stiffest chassis in the world. If you take that strut bar off, you might notice a difference, but not with most cars.

I really think you might have mixed up strut bars and sway bars.
