With just about every suspension on Hondas and Acuras, you are not going to notice the difference in everyday driving.
The DC2 ITR has a very stiff front suspension to start with, and it's not the stiffest chassis in the world. If you take
that strut bar off, you might notice a difference, but not with most cars.
I really think you might have mixed up strut bars and sway bars.
