Default Ignition Timing Adjusment

Is it possible on a 93 to manually adjust the timing by turning the distributor, or is it all completely controlled by the computer? If It is all controlled by the computer does anyone know of a good user programmable tuner that allows for fuel and timing adjustments? It's an Si non V-TEC. Any suggestions would be appreciated

i don't know if its the same as an integra's but this is what i did and plan on doing to my friends 92 si:

-get car to full-operating temperature
-turn off, find service conncetor to ECU, jump the connector to keep the ecu from playing around, turn on car
-check timing
-turn distributor counter-clockwise

i think we're gonna adjust his to 18 btdc...anyone do this on their 4gen lude and wanna give me some advice? I don't wanna mess up my buddies lude!

Thanks, Where is the connector in your car? I don't know exactly where mine is, but maybe they are in similar spots in both cars.
