Millerman, you should have no fears in dealing with Boomer....he know's his shit when it comes to preludes, specifically h22's. If I were in your shoes, I'd buy his prelude over one on ebay or at a dealer anyday.

If I lived as far away from him as you, no.

But I'm about 2-3 hours from him. Soooo it's a bit diffrent. If I get it home and find out something is majorly wrong... couple hours and I could be back at his place.

How much you sellin for ludeboom? :rick:

im lookin for 6500

has about 130k on body
41k on engine rebuild (entire block/head rebuild)
3k on 4 rotors, pads and front calipers
3k on all 4 wheel bearings and struts
2k on ACT stage 2 Street Disc
2k on Type-S Cams
2k on Skunk2 gears
2k on timing/balancer belt + tensioner
2k on axles

also has a DC Ceramic 4-2-1
stock exhaust from header back (
AEM short pipe (i call it a torque pipe)
forbidden short shifter
full front energy suspension polyurethane kit
energy suspension motor mount inserts (front+rear)

bought a brand new VTEC gauge cluster when i swapped the motor so odometer reads 41,xxx.

doesn burn oil
running Mobil 1 Full Synthetic since 1000 mile break-in
engine has NEVER had below 93 octane, i even keep octane booster in trunk in case habib at the gas station is a moron

i agree with you, i would normally not buy a car without test driving it. but when you buy a car on ebay you dont get to test drive it either. and people on ebay are very often trying to screw you.

a number of my friends want to buy it, but i have decided that if i have to sell it, then i dont ever want to see it again

the fact is
if you cant afford mobil 1 every change ($40) and mobil premium 93 by me is about 2.00 (gal)
then i dont want to sell the car to you
the car will not seriously break if its maintained and cared for with fluid changes.

mobil 1 synth is $40 every oil change?

Maybe you're using something else, but what I'm thinking is mobil 1 synth sells for only about $15/5qts plus $10-13 for the official mobil 1 filter. :dunno: I'll have to look at it again next time I'm at the store.

damn I'd love that car.
and I'd never show it to you again

Why sell it? New project? Tired of Preludes?
