i assume you're talking about your exhaust resonator or your intake resonator?

intake resonator would be useless with the SRI, exhaust resonator prob wouldn't do much for performance if you removed it.

i dunno it isnt me, but i removed my resonator bottle and didnt notice a performance loss so i think thats bs... and i got a high flow cat... noticed a slight increase in torque.
