not to step on anyone's toes but i can vouche for crazx2lvr44 he made a purchase from me came to house an had cash in hand. as far as i can tell i had great contact for about a week leading up to meeting him. great contact and cash in hand.... no bs to me.
How is this relevant to the issue? So he paid you for something you had that he wanted. And you gave it to him when he paid you. If let him pick it up then mail you the money later you might have something to add. But I suspect you'd be here crying for justice like all these other people had you done that.

This may be true, but there still is the possibility of felony fraud charges being brought against him. This is no different than breaking into someones house to rob them, or muggin them on the street. Maybe worse, not only is he victimizing them financially, he's preying on their people's hopes & dreams to do it. I know I'm not personally involved but I've dealt with my fair share of scammers, I see nothing here at all from this seller that refutes the accusations. I care about my rep, if someone complains to me I provide legit tracking, or a refund, or find them a replacement product. I'm not even a shop, that's just how good business is done by anyone.

I really feel for you guys who it would sound like have been ripped off by this guy. But to be honest at the same time I don't understand wtf either of the 2nd and 3rd attempted buyers were thinking when it was plainly stated that another motor transaction w/ the seller had not been resolved and seemed very fishy. Now you guys are surprised that you may have been beat for your cash, come on you let the temptation get the best of you. Use your heads next time, geez. This is why so many people still to this day continue to get scammed, especially when there is obviously questionable signs of possible fraudulent activity "leave it alone." (Sorry) Now w/ that said do every thing in your power to burn his ass legally that you can to try to get your cash back.
