Just an FYI forum posts aren't really admissable in court because there is no way to prove that it was the person typing...........it could have been so and so's brother or friend.....................

crazx2lvr if you want to be professional you certainly didn't come off that way with all your foul language and derogitory(sp?) comments. If any of my customers heard me talk like that I would have no business and would be looking for a job.

hcoin or whatever your name is, unfortunately the FBI and court systems have better things to do than hear a case about the engine. I'm sorry but thats just the way it is. You can take him to small claims court but not only does that take time but if and when a settlement is reached............unless stated you will have legal fees to deal with, then there is no guarantee he will ever pay up and will probably apeal it over and over again and finally by the time he can't appeal anymore his insurance company will come to bat for him or he'll just declare bankruptcy which shields his personal assets but means they'll take his company at which point you will probably be screwed. I have been through this before and it was over 40,000.00 and the shop literally fucked up the car and it was hard enough to get them into court but after that no money has yet been paid out and this was back in 02
