You didn't get your hopes up did you? This is a common stall tactic of scammers to keep you from filing a fraud claim with PayPal until it's too late. I never understand why they bother stringing you along and lying, as if you're not going to notice within a few days there there is no check or no PayPal refund then you'll be right back here wondering where's the money. I've been through this before, seen it going on many times on various forums... it always plays out just like this thread. If he wasn't a scammer you'd have had your stuff or he'd have made this right LONG ago.

 

oh man this is funny ... he turned off his cell phone and his moms cell phone ...he thinks he can run, im pissed but its getting taken care of ...i just went to the police and turned him in ,and soon talking to the private investigator about it ..got a case number and everything like you want ERIC ...youll find out soon enough ..


and as for jay redhouse and revenge i would suggest you to do the same asap so they can go ahead and arrest him on the three cases of internet fraud, etc.

 

If I don't receive my motor and tranny by next Wednesday, Eric stated
he would give me a refund. I'm hoping this is true and will let you know
how it turns out. The only way I would ever consider buying a part off
this forum in the future would actually be to go in person and exchange
money for the part.
