thats whats going to happen cause he obviously isnt answering his phone for anyone or replying pm's to give anyone their money back . I know that im going to the police about it , i couldnt tell you that the other 2 people are though,it would probally be their only way to get their money back even though ive forwarned them about the engines in the first place

yup no motor or info on the shipping co. either. his so called gf is handling his business for him because he is supposedly blind. yea dumb of me but now i know there is no more honest people in this world. so just waiting to take action here.

 

Revenge has been sent a refund and so has jayredhouse. Hcoin , you will have to deal with this legally considering your motor was signed for when delivered.

yea eric is saying that he sent off refunds 3/15/06 but he told me that he wasnt going to send it until today and now i cant get a hold of him. he is not answering my pm's and kartman told me that he was not recieving any incoming calls either so ill try to call him tomarrow and see what is going on. hopefully i see money soon...

 

Hopefully everything will work out. I believe Eric is still recovering from
an accident involving a radiator that exploded. His GF Sarah I believe
is handling some of this stuff for him. If my motor and tranny don't arrive
within the necxt week and a half, I was assured I would also receive a
refund. I hope this all works out well, getting burned 2 times within three
months would be too much to bear.
