well were about to see whose the crazy one...... im awaiting on an engine from crazx2lvr44 that i bought on febuary 1st for 1400. it supose to be here by today but i think presidents day might of backed it up a bit.
on a side note eric does seem like a nice guy.... i have his home adress and phone number.... so im not too concerned. even though HcOiNvDiAc has got me paranoid
so im just waitin on good ol' eric to get back to me so we can check where it is and when i should be home to make sure i can sign for the engine and they dont leave it on the fron lawn.

No, I'm not saying you don't have a right to be pissed. However remember one thing "the customer is always right" sometimes in order to keep people happy and keep your good name to keep people happy even...........you need to just swollow your pride ya know?
Look, I know how you feel. I've had people pissed at me before and you really just want to go off on them but as a professional you will just need to sometimes take a breath and try to be as pleasant as possible. Trust me, in sales you can't satisfy everyone believe me when I say I know this..........you think you've had people pissed at you before? Try dealing with someone who just bought a 300,000 + dollar home and is moving out of their old home that is already sold and them something I have no control over comes up so they have to wait a little longer............now THAT my friend is when people get pissed
