No, I'm not saying you don't have a right to be pissed. However remember one thing "the customer is always right" sometimes in order to keep people happy and keep your good name to keep people happy even...........you need to just swollow your pride ya know?

Look, I know how you feel. I've had people pissed at me before and you really just want to go off on them but as a professional you will just need to sometimes take a breath and try to be as pleasant as possible. Trust me, in sales you can't satisfy everyone believe me when I say I know this..........you think you've had people pissed at you before? Try dealing with someone who just bought a 300,000 + dollar home and is moving out of their old home that is already sold and them something I have no control over comes up so they have to wait a little longer............now THAT my friend is when people get pissed
