I guess I'm a scalper too because of the Mirage/Camshaft haul. :hs: What's funny is that I spotted that whole group at one Meijer back in January. I never purchased them until March so it's obvious that nobody else in the area wanted them. :hsdunno:

I'm a full on believer of giving stuff "a good home".

Did I really need more UM vs Skywarp sets? Not really ... but at $4.98, they went to a good home.

and we have liftoff.

the only time scalpers annoy me is when i know there's a new TF release that day/week, and the shelves are empty as soon as i get to the local walmarts/targets/etc.

unfortunately that happens very often around here.

If you want bad scalpers, take a look at some of the Hot Wheels collectors out there; even they frighten Star Wars fans.

I met a very nice Hot Wheels collector at Wal-Mart. I was looking for a novelty Bat Mobile for my cube. He asked what I was looking for ...

him: hi, i've been in this bin for 30 minutes, was there something you were looking for? I'm sure I can let you know ...

me: oh, that new batmobile, it's freaking cool.

him: this store actually has stock people bribed by collectors. There's a shop notorious for this in the area. They'll float the stock people $20 to hide items during the nightly shift.

In the morning, the scalper is here first thing in the AM and looks in the spot that was emailed to him during the night.

me: :O

him: this happens quite a bit and sucks for casual collectors.

So I went scalping at Target to see what they had left for 30% off. I saw 4 Mirages, 1 Cliffjumper, 4 Primes, and 2 of the Prime & Megatron set.

Any coffee drinkers among us? Enjoy a piping hot beverage and get your tongue pierced at the same time!

LOL that mug is awesome!

Looks like Hasbro.com updated a BUNCH of products. Have you seen this before?

(as you know, change the last digit + or - 1 in any direction to find new stuff)

The G1 pillows are now listed, along with a bunch of the super deformed G1's.

Yeah - I was adding pulling all the new pics from the Hasbro website all night and getting them out in the merchandise thread.

The listings for the Cyber Stompers have been out there since last year, but we didn't get ANY pics until a month or so ago, and these are much better. Tell you the truth, I was hoping they would be a role play thing like the Hulk/Thing hands and feet.

I haven't started on official toy pictures yet, as those are readily available in so many places. Probably tackle that in a few weeks.
