Way to set the record straight. It's amazing how much BS there is floating around out there. I've known otherwise for quite a while, but I too remember hearing that he was sworn in on the Koran, back before he even officially entered the race. It wouldn't necessarily have mattered to me, but that's not true of so many (why it was made up to begin with).

Assuming he gets the nomination over Hillary, which seems likely, I will most likely vote for Obama.

Not that I don't like McCain at all, I certainly respect him. At least for once neither candidate will completely suck. If McCain chooses someone other than Huckabee for VP, my decision might be more difficult. I don't really even know where he (McCain) stands on health care.

The video is a 52 second commercial with just him talking into the camera. It is scary as hell!!!

there are southerners are still racist and they dont want a black man in office. especially a black man with the name obama. who cares if he is muslim.

the president doesnt make the laws, even if he did, the senate and house can veto them. the america military wont disarm. get over it.

Some of you may remember the great political debates we had on Honda-Acura.net for the '04 election. Legendary.

Too bad there's no one with the same passion remaining on the forum.

I don't know why, but the more I'm exposed to Obama, the more fake the guy seems. It's just a gut feeling, but he doesn't seem sincere or genuine at all.
