btw, why are all these figures popping up in random stores, yet half of them don't show up on the hasbro site, and estimated shipping there is mid-nov.?

The Soundwave reissue is COMPLETELY out of left field. That's actually the TFC18 Soundblaster painted blue.
TFC10 Soundwave was reverse engineered from Soundblaster anyways.
Hasbro is being extremely soft on the shipping dates. These figures have surfaced at a handful of TRU's.
