The only lines I've got the completist mentality is with the current Cybertron, TFC, and Alternator's line.

As far as everyting else goes, I just buy what I like. The problem is that I like a bunch of stuff.

I've gone on a loose figure binge lately. I'll post pics when all the loot arrives.

I think that's the most important part. Collect only what you like.

:werd: Same goes for me and those SWTF's.

There are some other items I don't like and doubles I'll eventually sell off. For right now, they're doing me no harm by keeping them on the shelf. I'm looking for the right time to unload these items. Most likely I'll wait to sell until the TF live action movie comes out.

I'm at the point where I need to spend money on something more productive. TFs are cool and all, but I need to make my money work for me instead of just buying things I like that may make some money.

So you're not looking for a blue or yellow JDM UM anymore?

Nope. I'm talking with a guy now to buy my entire collection. If the price is right, then I'm out. The only thing is he's not sure if he wants all the multiples, and I'm a bit lazy to ebay them. we'll see.

The whole collection? Talk about getting out in a hurry. That guy is gonna need the U-Haul that says "best value" just to get those BM's out of there.

Thanks. Like I said, we'll see. He has my list and is working on an offer. One thing i've learned is that nothing is final till you have cash in hand.

I have about 400 boxed MIB/MISB items, so yeah, if he takes the lot, maybe he can use BM as a handtruck.

If you found out that you sold your MIB/MISB collection to a guy who opened everything to play with, would it make you feel bad? I know that enough profit would make you feel better, but there's got to be some sentimental value in there.

I don't think that's what this guy will do, but it just made me think of it.

Once i have the money, I don't care what they do. If he wanted to open everything up at my place after he pays to take a pic of the largest TF battle scene ever, wouldn't bother me one bit. Once it's not mine, I have no attachments.
