From what I've been reading on TFW, all the newest stuff is appearing at Wal-Mart. If you have one of those, check it out.

Soundwave = Wal-Mart
Thundercracker = Wal-Mart
Alt Prime = Wal-Mart

I was extremely tempted to keep this because of the bashed box. But ... it still sold. :eh:

Those are the universe repaints of the RID oddball figures. The mini orange prime is just like the rid mini prime.

Note ... the black magnus though.

Mini Black Magnus = :dunno:

As for the Beast Machines toys, I only collect the ones I like. Beast Machines toys suck in general. I have a loose Tankor, and I must say that it sucks all around. I also have a MOSC blue optimus primal that sucks even worse. It sucks so bad, that I haven't opened it. Why bother? The Beast Machines toys aren't even close to the way the characters appear on the series.

I must say that the Cybertron line has been the best of the bunch so far.

I never go to Wal-Mart, but I know of a couple. When I do go to Target, I check out the toys, but it's always a bust at the stores I go to.

I can see Beast Machines being the opposite of Cybertron toys. In Beast Machines, they just kind of glow and go from animal to robot...that's kind of hard to duplicate in a toy. I would think the machines like Tankor would be better though.

I think the Titanium Series TF's will start showing up soon. The local Target's pegs were full of new Star Wars & Battlestar Galactica Titanium spaceships.

I still have never seen Alt. Rollbar or Ricochet anywhere yet, and Wal-Marts around here apparently aren't stocking Alternators.

that's straaaange. I can't honestly say they're everywhere over here ... the majority of our shelves are jammed with Prowl, Tracks, or Sunstreaker.

I have seen Ricochet and Rollbar about a half dozen times though.

I think I saw Rollbar once at a kaybee, but I haven't been going to toy stores much lately.

Any of the TF guru's know anything about this?

The image above is a concept/prototype of the upcoming Revoltech version of Optimus Prime. These figures are around 6" tall and have a ton of articulation, extra hands, and extra weapons. Please note: This figure has not yet been officially announced, but we believe it will be released in the winter. For a look how nicely the other Revoltech figures have turned out, just search our site for 'Revoltech' and take a look at the great articulation and accessories - this will be a pretty sweet Prime for $19.99!

It looks cool....but does it transform?

It looks like it either doesn't transform or will look worse than THS-02.
