The Soundwave reissue is COMPLETELY out of left field. That's actually the TFC18 Soundblaster painted blue.
TFC10 Soundwave was reverse engineered from Soundblaster anyways.

Hasbro is being extremely soft on the shipping dates. These figures have surfaced at a handful of TRU's.
