excellent.. i just happen to have spray adhesive. i'll get to work and post my results..

 

be sure when you press the plastic and backing together ... use a blut metal object. fingers will tend to smear the over run ... something like a penny or nickel will remove the over run and press at the same time.

 

i used a metal ruler to spread the adhesive, and it's drying now. i'll know soon enough how it came out.

dammit.. it all came out great except for just one freakin' spot. i tried to correct it, but it was too far gone.
