btw, for the record, this is what i sent to blanky..
I received the package today. Due to the poor packaging and lack of any padding to protect the items, one out of three of the items was heavily damage during shipment. I'd like to know if there's anything you can do to remedy this before I escalate the issue by filing a complaint for 'Item damaged and not as described'.
