actually they did not. they are referring to the current rang rover in the first few sentences then they switch to the concept in the last sentence in the paragraph.
so to rehash as HAN people always do
concept has the 390hp s/ced V8 as booty stated and the 282hp figure is from the BMW 4.4L V8 that is currently used in the Range Rover.

Eh... another automotive oxymoron. Nice lines; I really like the quasi-chop top sort of stance, but a 5000lb, 390ish HP performance SUV? Nah. Not for me.
