I just looked up the resale value of the GSR you are looking at and it said $9,400. You should be able to talk the seller down on that car...I would think a grand or two. However...even if you were to buy the car as is the difference in price b/w the two is only $440, and there is no performance mod that I know of for that much money that would give an LS the performance of a GSR.

A 55 shot of nitrous would be in that ballpark, and all things equal would be faster than a GSR.

But obviously you have the disadvantages of N2O, and the GSR still has extras that an LS doesn't.

True! Good point! But you are not running on NOS all the time though and refilling the bottle can getcostly.

It's called the extra 100+ bucks you'd save on car insurance every month

if you want to keep a car and not do anything to it in the future.....get the GSr....If you want a nice base car, that you will be able to easily modify in the future (turbo, /hybrid, etc.) get the LS. With the extra money that the GSR costs, you can get a turbo for the LS, that would make it much faster than the GSr .

Just so you know, I have an LS with 160,000 miles and I have had absolutley NO problems with it. It runs like it has 60,000. basically what Im saying is that when it comes to Acuras, dont worry about the mileage........

For me, LS insurance is $8 less per month than a GSR.

Yeah but I'm 16 and if I had a fairly new GSR the insurance would be..ohhh I dunno, only like 300 or so a month. An LS would be closer to 200. That's just for me though.
