First of all , asshole, what's your ****ing point? So you know what NOS stands for..want a cookie? Also, if your saying it should be called NOS you're wrong..it's nitrous..NOS is a company. Also, I didn't post off topic posts. The title of the thread is "Who's juicin there Teg's? NOS good or bad?" I was posting on how nitrous is bad...How is that off topic? And since everyone obviously has their own stances on nitrous, why don't we just end this thread? :sqfawk:

Wrong. As long as the setup is properly tuned, and there is no detonation, the engine will be fine.

You are not modifying the engine. If you look at it like that (modify anything that has to do with the car), you could say that if you go on a diet and lose 10 pounds thats a mod :P.

You have to make changes to the parts of engine to use N2O. You don't have to make changes to parts of the engine to use Synthetic Oil or 91 octane.

I don't even know why I am arguing, its such a dumb point.

thanx for backing me up style teg. He had it tuned, and is running it a little rich upon nitrous engagment, just to make sure there is no detonation. But he runs consistent low 13's, so thats faster than i've heard most turbo GSR's run, along w/ Supercharged GSR's w/ the 9psi boost upgrade, so go figure.

 

Hypocrite. First off, you already said that what nitrous did was add more air to the combustion chamber. On a lesser level, that's exacltly what an intake does. And what do you think a supercharger does? Ohh that's right..it sucks in more air. I forgot a supercharger wasn't a mod though. wned:
