If I recall correctly, Winston had his coilover setup installed at a not-so-knowledgeable-place that set the GC's on their lowest setting. Noone drives on the street with off-the-shelf GC's set to the lowest level (4"). To go that low you'll need to custom order shorter springs with higher springrates and mate them with a shorter shock that is valved to handle the higher springrates.

Default KONI yellows, eibach pro's

i had a prelude with koni yellows and eibach pro kit springs. that was the best setup i've ever driven, but i know the drop on the pro's doesn't seem to be as much. you could push down on the front of the car with that setup and the car wouldn't budge...

My coilovers were crap though. They worked well woth the stock shocks, but not the performance ones.
You lowered your car 5''???? Well you should have expected your car to behave the way it. Sportlines dont even lower ur car 2''.

Also what is everybody opinion about G/C with illuminas?

Well also with a four inch drop you don't have much room for movment int he shock area and so the luminas made the ride stiff. All that had to be done to fix this was raise the car. I have R1 racing coilovers with tokico blues and it rides great not to bouncy at all. My old car had tockios in the fornt and kyb's in the back and the kyb always made the tires rub because they were not stiff enough.

P.S. they did not make tokicos for the rear of my old car so that's why I mixed.
