You guys are jumping in on the GSR trans. You did not ask him if he was Automatic or Manual, haha.

For starters cat-back, header, suspension work will get you in the right direction. You need to figure out what are you goals is you going to boost it, all motor, VTEC, etc.

Well, if it was auomatic, that's his first mistake and because an automatic 4 banger will never be fast. The only auto tranny welcome in imports is the Supra, but that's another story. I do believe he saud it was a manual though?

v8 peaking at 6500? thats pretty lofty for a v8. B18B1's peak about the same.

My buddy's 4.6 Mustang peaks at like 63ish. But it's far from stock.

If you think auto honda will never be fast? Tell you the truth mine is the fastest street N/A honda Automatic in my town and will be allot faster very soon and there is another 1 here in my town that is Auto FI street, fast as hell that pushing over 310whp on fully built tranny.

There is another guy local just did a stock full SIR-G swap into his teg w/bolt on (GSR Auto) couple of month back. I think he is pushing around 154whp stock.

It required more money to dump in then manual but you can make them fast.

The S/C Cobras wind out almost 7k with a good tune. Ok, i'm done getting sidetracked.

The motor is fully built. Dart 2.0L block, bored and stroked to 2.3, billet steel crank, rods, hi-comp pistons, etc...

There's a lot of potential with these if you want to spend the $$
