make sure it isn't just coming out from around the plug. there is a crush washer that is supposed to be replaced evertime you change the oil. most people

Do not overtighten on the oil pan bolts. The soft aluminum is vulnerable to getting the threads jacked up. Hondabond is your best friend. Apply it in the wide open spots on the gasket.
