Default Help with a CEL

Okay, I just checked my CEL and i don't know if I did it right but the code I got was either:

90 Evaporative Emission Control System leak detected in the fuel tank area
91 Evaporative Emission Control System insufficient purge flow

Nothing else has 9 long pulses so it was pretty easy to figure out. I think its the second one but I am not sure. If I replace the sensor/valve whatever on the intake manifold will the CEL go away or do I need to reset it or something.

First time I pulled a code like this (jumping the connector) so I am not sure. There was defintly 9 long pulses and what I think was 1 short one, so I am 97% sure it was code 91.

I have a spare purge solenoid, so if I just put that one on and reset the ecu will the code go away or could it be something else in the evap system, ie. 2way valve or something.

What year is your Integra? Where did you get the information on the codes? I believe code 91 to be a problem with the fuel tank pressure sensor and not "Evaporative Emission Control System insufficient purge flow", like you suggested. The fuel tank pressure sensor converts fuel tank absolute pressure into electrical signals and inputs the ECM. Diagnostic trouble code 91 indicates either a high or low voltage problem in the Fuel Tank Pressure sensor. Probable causes would be either an open/short in the sensor circuit, the fuel tank pressure sensor itself or the ECM.

If you have a code 91 replacing the purge solenoid would be pointless. Replacing the purge solenoid for a code 90 on the other hand, may or not work depending on if it was defected in the first place.
