hmm see i ve taken a look at the F7.5lb flywheel and everyone says NOOOO to 7.5lb with a turbo. many have said 10-12
Ill go with ACT XTSS clutch and probably the ACT streetlite.....as long as no one else says the 7.5lb are good for turbos. Near 300HP
A 'clutch' is 2 pieces: the pressure plate and the clutch disc.

Here's the breakdown of the ACT part number methodology:

The XT denotes an Extreme pressure plate: http://www.advancedclutch.com/produc...lates_info.asp

The SS denotes a Super Street clutch disc: http://www.advancedclutch.com/produc...GSR%20Type%20R

I was making 457 whp and about 320 wtq when I sold my car - B18C1 turbo. I was running a 7.5 lb clutchmasters flywheel without any problems. People that tell you things don't always know what they're talking about. They simply continue to propagate rumors and "I've heard's" from the Internet and those that don't know. I've done it, I had no problems. 7.5 lbs will be just fine.

Any kit you get from ACT or a redistributor will include:
clutch disc
pressure plate
throwout bearing
alignment tool
pilot bearing

You will have to purchase the flywheel separately, unless the seller is offering a package deal.

I'm pretty sure you won't be creating enough heat to need to worry about it being aluminum... but I could be wrongh:
