That is the problem I think you will run into. With aftermarket HID's, they make the bases on them to fit into a particular socket. With your kit, you will probably be forced to retrofit the HID projectors in order for the base to fit correctly.

Like I said, the aftermarket kit is made with a halogen base. So, I bought the 9006 kit and the bulb fit like a stock halogen bulb into the stock halogen projectors. The only difference is that there is a ballast between the bulb and the harness.

yea i got one..but i'm not sure if it will fit my stock halogen socket.

damn now im confused. so you guy sare saying there are different kinds of HID setups? some hids will fit the integra lights and some wont?

There are two different ways of getting HIDs that are being posted in this thread. Some people took the lights off of other cars such as the IS 300, they modified the integra head light assembly so that the whole projector assembly for the IS can fit into the integra head light..
Schmoo has a kit where the HID bulb fits directly into the stock integra headlight assembly and just needs to mount a balast (the box that holds all the electronics for the HID system) for each light somewhere in the engine bay.

i have the HID Ballast. on the Ballast it says Mitsubishi Electrics or something like taht.
