hi guys ..

i've been considering getting my engine rebuilt (b18b, 96 rs), get it bored out bit, new pistons and get the compression ratio dropped a bit from the stock 9.x:1, in expectation of putting a turbo on it. Anyone have comments or experience on doing something along this line?

other than the typical sleeves/forged rod/ferera valves/ported n polished everything/injectors/fuel pump/ mods. no. hehe http://www.cse.uconn.edu/~yelevich/turbo/turbo.html
its pretty basic...however i dont recommend too many parts from your local lowes/home depot as this guy says. i do recommend a good intercooler and turbo timer. but get someone who has good mechanical exp. and do it yourself if possible.(after you get it back from the machine shop) it will be really rewarding.
