serious decision
I would leave them. Spend you money on a solid fuel management, fuel system upgrades and quality time on a dyno getting tuned.
Cams are the last thing I would do for a turbo setup. And since the stock cams will do you well, there is no reason to upgrade the retainers or springs.
Are you still planning on LS-VTEC and then boost, or just boost?

k so thats not necessary interesting...side question is there a good cam to upgrade from the stock when running a turbo if u want some major strip power but still streetable or is the stock cam best for that
Assuming you are running a GSR head, the stock cams will support 600 hp easy. ITR cams could be a little bit of an upgrade if tuned right with adjustable cam gears, but it is only necessary when you have run out of other things to do for power. For an LS head, I don't know.
You may be able to squeeze a little power out of them on a dyno but if you are asking whether the power gained is enough to shell out upwards of $150, then I would have to say no.
