I would leave them. Spend you money on a solid fuel management, fuel system upgrades and quality time on a dyno getting tuned.

Cams are the last thing I would do for a turbo setup. And since the stock cams will do you well, there is no reason to upgrade the retainers or springs.

Are you still planning on LS-VTEC and then boost, or just boost?
